Adrien raised at Imbabazi Orphanage, founded by Rosamond Carr the author of Land of Thousand hills My Life in Rwanda. He had a feeling that he should be involved in Tourism when successfully handling tourist coming to visit and learn about Imbabazi Orphanage. He was introduced to Mountain gorillas by the Hollywood movie star Signourney Weaver (actress in Gorillas in The Mist) when she visited Rose at Imbabazi and taught us about gorillas. His excitement for gorillas weren’t fulfilled until he trekked gorillas at the age of 16. His passion for tourism grew up more and more. He He started his tourism career at Green Way Safaris as a Tour Consultant. His flexibility has gained him a respect among the members of the local communities. With passion and experience, he Co- founded Beyond The Hills Tours.

Sammy grew up at Imbabazi Orphanage, founded by Rosamond Carr. He was impressed by tourism when visiting Rwanda Mountain Gorilla with Imbabazi Kids. When he finished University he started joining other tour guides and get basic training to gain more experience and started as tour guide freelance in the country. He began his career in Green Way Safaris as a member and tour guide. He co-founded Beyond The Hills Tours to realize his dream and working with his peer was most helpful for him to make grow in his own community.
